This little book is based on two documents written by St. Patrick himself, his Confession and Letter to the Soldiers of Coroticus. Both contain autobiographical details and they reveal a very human man who struggles with self-doubt, loneliness, ridicule, and abuse. They reveal a man of extraordinary biblical faith, courage, and loyalty, especially to his Irish converts.
